NEW MOVERS

  • New clients have two great entry points, depending on how you want to move.

    • Curious about Heated Mat? Start with Form – focused, accessible, and grounding.

    • Prefer Reformer? Beginner is the place to begin.

    Both classes prioritise strong foundations, control, and confidence-building.

  • Yes! Please Arrive 10 minutes early so you can get familiar with the studio, meet your instructor, and receive a quick run-through of the equipment.

    • A water bottle for all classes

    • Grip socks for Reformer sessions

    • Sweat towel for Heated Mat classes

    Forgot something? Ditto Club socks and towels are available to purchase in-studio.

CLASSES, WAITLISTS & TIMING

  • Join the waitlist via the app as you would normally book a class.

    • If a spot opens, you’ll be notified via SMS and in-app notification

    • You’ll have 2 hours to accept your place using the link provided

    • If you don’t respond or decline, the spot passes to the next client

    Confirming your place will trigger a confirmation notification.

  • All classes include a structured warm-up. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you may not be able to join and your instructor may turn you away.

    If you’re late to your first-ever class, you won’t be admitted. Your safety always comes first.

  • Most new clients feel comfortable starting in a Beginner Reformer or Form Heated Mat class.

    • Reformer classes are capped at 10 clients

    • Mat classes are capped at 15 clients

    • Exercises are layered and instructors modify as needed

    If you’re feeling anxious, returning from injury, or pregnant, a 1:1 private is a great way to ease in.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • Unfortunately not. We have an 8-hour cancellation policy.

    • Cancel at least 8 hours before class via the Ditto Club app

    • Late cancellations will forfeit the class credit

    • No-shows will forfeit the pass or incur a $10 fee for unlimited members

    All charges are processed automatically through Hapana.

INJURIES & PREGNANCY

  • Possibly. We recommend checking with your GP or physio first. If you’re cleared, please chat with our team before class so we can offer appropriate modifications. In some cases, a private session may be a better starting point.

  • Yes, with guidelines:

    • Beginner & Intermediate classes are suitable up to 14 weeks, with medical clearance

    • Please email your clearance to hello@ditto.club

    • Due to elevated temperatures (28–32°C), Heated Mat classes are not suitable during pregnancy

    • Post-natal clients must wait for their 6-week clearance and inform the instructor before class

  • Yes – we offer 1:1 and 2:1 Private Sessions tailored to your goals, injuries, or pregnancy needs.
