HEATED MAT CLASSES
Our Heated Mat classes combine precision, rhythm, and challenge to build strength, increase mobility, and help you reconnect with your body. For beginners, seasoned movers, and everyone in between.
Due to the elevated room temperature (ranging between 28 - 32 °C) our Heated Mat classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

Force is a dynamic, full-body Pilates workout that fuses resistance, weights, and cardio bursts to build power, precision, and mobility.
Expect a challenging, high-intensity session that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.

A progressive, full-body workout that builds strength, stamina, and control through deliberate repetition.
3Pete is structured into three blocks. Each block features six different functional movements, performed in timed intervals (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off), then repeated for a second round before progressing.
Every round refines your movement and reinforces results, because when it comes to progress, repetition is everything.

This class focuses on alignment, form, and confidence-building, laying the foundation for safe, strong, and sustainable progress.

Our Beginner & Intermediate classes are suitable for all, including pregnant clients up to 14 weeks with medical clearance. Our Advanced class is for experienced movers ready to level up and not suitable for pregnancy or clients with existing injuries.
